The commercial division of Saanich Organics was formed to make our marketing to restaurants and retail outlets more efficient. We want to give chefs and produce managers a way to access the produce of several local, small, certified (or transitional) organic farms with one easy phone call, and one consistent weekly delivery.

By working together, we can provide diversity, consistency, and reliability.  Twice each week, four to eight farmers call Julie and let her know what they have available. She then calls chefs and produce managers to offer this list of crops.  The produce is then picked to order, usually the day before. It is delivered by our trusty friend Perry.

We operate year-round (except January), but our most plentiful and diverse crops are available from June to November.  Delivery days are Tuesdays or Fridays.
