Purple Echinacea

This beautiful perennial is sure to be a garden favourite. Stunning flowers attract bees and roots can be used for their immune boosting benefits. Drought tolerant.

Direct seed early March or early Fall, 5mm deep. If planted early enough, can bloom in its first year. Can also start indoors mid-Feb. to late March in darkness; move to bright light when sprouts appear. Plant 30-38cm apart. 10-21 days to germination.
