Sunrise Bumblebee tomato is a new variety that was grown for seed here on Northbrook Farm on the Saanich Peninsula in the summer of 2023. We at Saanich Organics are so excited to introduce it to you all as just one more locally grown and adapted to our climate seed.
Sunrise Bumblebee is a sweet orange cherry tomato that's bursting with sunshine, both in looks and taste. A deep orange colour with bright yellow stripes make it a stunning addition to fresh summer salads. Sweet, tender, and juicy make for a little burst of summer with every bite.
These cherry tomatoes are indeterminate, so you can count on a continuous harvest of little candy coloured fruit after they reach maturity (70 days) until the first frost. Grab some seeds while they last!
