Similar to broccolini, this is a side-shooting and bunching broccoli, perfect for the home garden or market farm. You can harvest the main stalk and then enjoy multiple side shoot harvests of sweet, tender stems.
Heat-tolerant and cold hardy, bred by the University of Piracicaba in Brazil, but does well in our temperate climate. Grown for us by Winnow Seed Co in Central Kootenay (Certified Organic). This is the farm we also get our carrot seed, run by former Saanich Organics / Seeds of the Revolution staffer Julie Fletcher.
55 days to maturity, approx. 100 seeds per 0.4g
