Santo Cilantro

Use the leaves and seeds (coriander)! Tolerates the cold and can be cut several times. Slow to bolt, making it perfect for growing all summer long. Direct seed April through Aug, 2cm deep, prefers full sun. Thin plants 5-10cm apart for leaves, 23cm for seeds. 5-10 days to germination, 40 days to maturity.
