Lemon Balm Herb

Perennial herb from the mint family. Leaves have a mild lemon flavour and aroma, excellent for teas and tinctures. Plants will spread widely, so plant in a contained area. Plant late March to mid-April; can direct-seed at this time, or transplant (start seedlings indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date), 45cm apart. Does best in partial shade.
