Orach, Purple (Mountain Spinach)

The flavor and texture are similar to spinach but purple leaves and silvery undersides will dazzle up a salad. Heat tolerant! 40 days. Direct seed March to Sept; staggered plantings will yield a continuous harvest. Plant seeds in a row or block, around 1 seed/cm, and lightly cover with soil.
